Do you have a size guide?

You can find a size guide on all our products inside the product itself . The guide is located under product information .

 

What is the difference between short and long dress lengths? 

Some selected dresses come in two different lengths, so that they fit most people . You can find the exact length in the size guide on the products. There is usually an 8 - 10 cm difference between long and short length. The exact length of the dress depends entirely on how tall you are . Short: Approx . Mid - thigh Long: Approx. Down to the knee

 

How do I treat the dresses? 

We always recommend ironing or steaming our products if they have wrinkles after shipping. All our products can be steamed or ironed on low heat. 
Most of our products can be washed, in which case we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees. We recommend washing in a laundry bag. Some dresses and blouses can be hung to dry, but we recommend drying the products lying on a drying rack. 
If the products cannot be washed, this is stated on the care label, as well as under product information on our pages. 

 

Will the products come back in stock when they are sold out? 

We are constantly innovating with new styles, and selling out products as they come. Is your size out of stock? Select your size and press the black button "Notify me when the size is back in stock." You will receive an email from us when the size is back in stock. 

 

I want to advertise the product

The right to a complaint covers goods that are defective according to current consumer law . Complaints are only valid if there is a manufacturing defect, not a consumer defect. You should contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. You can contact us HERE

 

ORDER

I have not received an order confirmation by email.

Hi, after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, you can contact us HERE

 

Can I pick up my order in Trondheim?

We have our own pick-up point in Trondheim where you can pick up your order and try the item on by appointment. Send us a message HERE when it is convenient for you to pick up the item, and we will find a time. We are usually open for pick-up on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm, but exceptions may occur. We are located at Pir II, 3. Alstadgården, 7010 Trondheim.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery time?

We ship daily with Posten and DHL Express. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day.  Delivery time is calculated from when you place your order . Shipments with Posten:  Standard 2-4 business days* (Monday-Friday). Shipments with DHL Express: Standard 1-2 business days* (Monday-Friday) Tracking number will be sent to your provided email as soon as the package is on its way. 

*With the reservation that delays may occur with external parties beyond our control.

 

I want to return my order. 

Do you want to return your order? Please use the right of withdrawal form that you will find enclosed in your package. I want to return, but need a new cancellation form

If you have lost the return form (MINISTRY OF CHILDREN AND EQUALITY) that came with your order, you can create your own return form. You do this by filling in the following information and including it with your return: Name, telephone number, order number, ordered item(s), date you received the item(s) and date you are returning the item(s).
