SHIPPING

Norway: Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,500.
For orders under this amount, standard shipping costs NOK 99–199.
Free shipping over NOK 1,500 is delivered via Posten’s “Package in Mailbox” service.

Pick-up in Trondheim: Orders can also be collected at our office at Piren, Trondheim, by appointment.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Packages sent to pick-up points or parcel lockers must be collected within 7 days. Uncollected packages incur a NOK 199 fee.

If you cannot collect your package on time, contact the pick-up point or extend the collection period via the Posten app.

The “Package in Mailbox” option is uninsured. Please ensure your mailbox is clearly labeled with the recipient name on the order and is safe for deliveries.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item:

Indicate the item you wish to exchange on the withdrawal/exchange form.

Return the item following the instructions provided on the form (or below on this page).

We will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return, subject to stock availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item has been dispatched.

IMPORTANT EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We cover shipping costs for the first exchange per order.

Shipping costs for exchanges to the customer are covered by us; returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For urgent exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Exchanges requested after 30 days are not guaranteed. Items returned after this period will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
